I've just graduated from college and now is time to get serious and find a job! I've been looking and interviewing for the past couple of months and whenever I thought I will get that job, I didn't.
And it is such a horrible horrible feeling.
I had a few good interviews and everything's going well and I like the personality of the company so much you know so you thought hmm this place is not bad, might be a good place to start. And then you got an email saying that you are their top 3 candidates but they chose another person instead. OH BOO. Bullshit.
And I'm getting tired of all of this shit even though I know I shouldn't. i need a drink.

:phunk + keichii tanaami
for a week or so i've been volunteering for :phunk studio, they and keiichi tanaami do a collaboration together, the exhibition open from 18 august till september, i think ( i forgot :\ )
it's called eccentric city and it's awesomeeee
so the city is made of tatebanko, which have 4 sides, two sides are phunk's and the other two is tanaami's, they hang the tatebankos so that if u look from the right side of the room you'll see tanaami's artworks and left side of the room you'll see phunk's. some of the tatebankos are crushed and put on the floor. representing rise and fall of a city.
me and my friends decided to volunteer, so we help cut, score, fold, touching up stuff and it's pretty cool. :D as a reward, we got front row seats booked for us! (for the :phunk and tanaami-san talk) which is pretty awesome even tho the place is small so it doesnt really matter if ur sitting front row or not, haha but it's definitely a rare chance to see them together and especially keichii tanaami who is 74 years old! (fun fact: the guy used to be an art director for playboy magazine japan edition) his work is very psychedelic, and just awesome, i really like the characters, the colors, the dots and all.
ah and we got tanaami san to sign an autograph for us, he drew this little character for each signature, and we took pics together. :)
*something is wrong with blogger, i cant post pics. what a letdown!

new chapter
new semester is about to begin, i'm a level 2 student by august. and i'm so excited! getting back to college means more productivity and surrounded by creativity.
i usually don't have as much excitement to do creative stuff when i'm on holiday especially when i'm back at my hometown. not a good thing i know, but at least this holiday i managed to make a logo for my family's-future-bread&cake shop. and discussing about the interior and other stuff with my boss (aka my brother)
sadly i have to leave before everything is done. i'm leaving tomorrow with new spirit! weeeee :D
